
Is your steak dinner DOA? Bring it back to life with this decadent brandy cream sauce that's sure to spice things up. It's downright dreamy.
Ingredients:
½ oz. brandy
1 cup heavy cream
1 heaping Tbsp. whole grain mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Procedure:
Deglaze pan with brandy. Add cream and mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer and stir constantly over medium-low heat until reduced to desired thickness. Serve with Steak.
